Job summary

Heller’s Gas is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between customers and branch personnel. You will assist with sales, payments, account and billing inquiries and resolve issues with sound judgment.

This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will manage branch communications, support promotions, and assist colleagues with daily office duties.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Maintains branch-level customer communications
• Assists customers with sales, payments, accounting and billing questions
• Resolves complaints and issues with sound judgment
• Acts as liaison between customers and branch/corporate representatives
• Processes account transfers and location changes
• Advises customers on current promotions
• Performs general office duties and assists other branch personnel
