Job summary

Heller’s Gas is seeking a customer care specialist to act as a liaison between customers and branch personnel, assisting with sales, payments, and account/billing inquiries in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, organizational skills, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgment, with familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturdays 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch-level customer communication.
• Assists customers with sales, payments, and account questions.
• Acts as liaison between customers and branch/corporate representatives.
• Resolves complaints and issues.
• Offers information on current promotions.
• Performs general office administrative duties.
