• Two or more years of administrative/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and solution-focused support to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and requests efficiently through phone and email.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership following established procedures.
• Take initiative to investigate concerns, identify solutions, and ensure issues are resolved.
