Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, New Jersey’s largest wine and spirits distributor, seeks a customer service liaison to support internal and external departments. You will handle Service Cloud inquiries, respond to emails promptly, and resolve invoice discrepancies while collaborating with the sales and experience teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service or sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service, supervisory or sales experience.
• Experience in an automated service center with fast-paced, high volume and multi cross functionality department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to adapt to mainframe applications and pricing calculations.
• Functional understanding of WMS, Diver, EBiz, Microsoft Office, SharePoint & BI tools
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required.
• Strong communication skills in verbal presentation and writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor requests in Service Cloud and respond to inbound sales inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Manage inbound calls and route escalations creating CRM cases.
• Support 400+ Salesforce users and a 7000+ customer base with timely responses.
• Provide status updates to sales teams and request additional information as needed.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies via EPOD workflow and coordinate with relevant teams.
