Job summary

Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is New Jersey’s largest wine and spirits distributor, seeking a dedicated customer service liaison to support internal and external teams with product knowledge and timely responses. Qualifications

• Relevant high school diploma or associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service, supervisory or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work with pricing calculations.

Responsibilities

• Intake & respond to incoming sales requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inbound calls and create CRM cases; support a large customer base.
• Respond to emails and Service Cloud cases; resolve invoice discrepancies via EPOD.
• Communicate status to sales teams and provide accurate information.
• Develop escalation paths for aging requests with cross-functional teams.
