Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, a leading New Jersey wine and spirits distributor, seeks a customer-focused liaison to handle inquiries, billing issues, and service requests via Service Cloud. You will support a 400+ member sales team and 7,000+ customer base with accurate, timely responses.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools. Evening/night/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, supervisory or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptable to pricing calculations.
• Strong writing, listening, organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound requests via Service Cloud and support a 400+ user base.
• Monitor requests and escalate to create CRM cases as needed.
• Communicate status to sales teams and ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
