Job summary

Winebow is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service representative to support our customers, sales reps, and management. You will process orders, handle inquiries, and assist with product information while maintaining high service standards in a hybrid office setting in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience, computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Customer Service experience.
• Prior computer and phone customer service experience in luxury goods sector required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Wine knowledge or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues; determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
