Allied Beverage Group, New Jersey’s largest wine and spirits distributor, seeks a customer service liaison to support internal and external teams with product knowledge and responsive service. You will handle email inquiries, monitor Service Cloud, support a 400+ Salesforce and a 7,000+ customer base, and help resolve invoice discrepancies quickly while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in customer service, supervisory or sales.
• Experience in an automated service center with high volume and cross functionality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to mainframe apps and pricing calculations.
• Functional understanding of WMS, Diver, EBiz, Microsoft Office, SharePoint & BI tools.
• Able to work under pressure; non-traditional hours including evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intake and respond to sales requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Inbound calls management; re-route escalations and create CRM cases.
• Respond to emails and Service Cloud cases; support 400+ Salesforce users and 7000+ customer base.
• Communicate information requests and status to sales teams.
• Develop escalation paths for aging requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
