Job summary

Artisan Design Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on team member to support new home inspections, product installation, services, and warranties. You will communicate professionally with customers and ensure superior service as a standard.

Responsibilities include inspecting subfloors and wall tile, coordinating with builders, verifying measurements, and assisting in training new hires. A valid driver’s license is required and some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of subfloor prep and flooring repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of installation processes per manufacturer specs.
• Ability to learn RFMS/TrackVia computer programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Report new customers and subdivisions to sales to help increase sales.
• Report new home starts and progress of houses for applicable builders.
• Verify new home measurements for applicable builders.
• Perform subfloor inspections per manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect wall tile areas for accuracy for every builder.
• Quality control, manage installs, and oversee warranties.
• Inspect and repair for warranties or services.
• Take moisture readings and report results.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Attend and conduct installation trainings and product knowledge sessions.
