Must have at least 1 year in an office-based administrative or customer service role, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. ServiceTitan experience is preferred as you collaborate with technicians, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, sales, and management.
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.
• Build knowledge base of products and services.
• Participate in training on products, services, and office software.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
