Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Customer Service professional to provide excellent service to customers in person, by phone, email, or web.

You will communicate with field staff, handle inquiries, process payments and updates, and maintain accurate records in our systems. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of call center experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two to four years customer service call center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via in person, telephone, email, or web.
• Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to give instructions and assistance.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls.
• Receive and resolve customer questions and concerns within guidelines.
• Monitor and report customer complaints and coordinate with sales.
