The role emphasizes professional interaction with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and promote sustainable waste services. With a focus on accuracy and timely data handling, the CSR will manage accounts, process payments, perform credit checks, and maintain records while reflecting the Team Green

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service call center experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, email, or online.
• Coordinate with on-the-road staff and give clear instructions.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to customers.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns within guidelines.
• Track customer information and enter data into the database.
• Process payments, refunds, and service changes as needed.
• Maintain new account files and perform back‑up duties for the Office Coordinator.
