Job summary

Canlan Sports is hiring for a Customer Care Associate to safeguard customer health and safety while delivering professional, efficient service at our complexes. You will handle walk-in inquiries, provide program information, and manage registrations and payments.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of office and customer service experience, comfort with iPads, POS systems, and CRM, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year office and customer service experience.
• Experience handling credit card payments.
• Comfortable working with new systems and technology (iPads, POS, CRM).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, competent manner.
• Answer questions or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Process payments and provide receipts for programs and bookings.
• Take casual bookings, prepare contracts, and collect fees.
• Be the primary contact for the Contact Center.
