Job summary

DSE Hockey Centers, LP is seeking a customer service oriented team member to assist guests with in-house programs, process registrations, and handle payments. The role is not eligible for remote work and requires standing, walking, and light lifting in a recreational facility setting.

The ideal candidate will have reliable teamwork skills and the ability to follow written instructions. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected to meet center needs.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to an office and recreational gym environment, with noise levels usually moderate.
