Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative I for one of our top Insurance clients in Fond Du Lac, WI!

As a Customer Care Representative I placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for successfully completing the required basic training and be able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.

Responsibilities

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:)

• Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Good PC skills and phone presence.
