Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow‑up
• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing timely and helpful support
• Explain policy coverages, billing details, and claims processes in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way
• Assist with policy updates, renewals, and general account maintenance
• Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution‑focused mindset
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or coverage options
• Keep accurate records and stay organized within agency systems
