Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner during workforce gaps.
• Schedule appointments by phone, accurately identifying and documenting appropriate service and maintenance needs to include coordinating proper transportation needs as requested.
• Conduct various outbound calls to prospective and lapsed customers (scheduled notifications, reschedule missed appointments, marketing lists to promote special offers, etc.).
• Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns.
