Job summary

Servco Maui is seeking a customer-focused individual to check in service customers, shuttle vehicles and customers, and assist with parts delivery to Diagnostic Specialists. The role includes securing vehicles, performing car washes, and supporting both service and sales lots.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, offering hands-on customer interaction and a path to contribute to Hawaii's mobility solutions with Servco's core values of Respect, Service, Teamwork, and Innovation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Experience as a Lot Attendant at an auto dealership preferred.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission.

• Run parts to the Diagnostic Specialists as needed.
• Shuttle service customers back home or to their work location and pick-up and drive them back to the service facility when their vehicle is done.

• Run cars through the car wash or hand wash cars and clean interior as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Lot Attendant work experience with an auto dealership preferred
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
• Good communication and customer relations skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be safety conscious and customer focused

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
