Job summary

Randstad USA, servicing a premier confectionery and luxury snacking brand, seeks a customer care specialist for an onsite Henderson, NV call center. The role centers on concierge-style support across calls, email, and chats for exclusive corporate gifting and luxury orders.

You will use SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and IVR systems to manage orders, refunds, and tracking with empathy and professionalism. Onsite attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience navigating IVR call center software, SAP order entry (REQUIRED), Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove, concierge-style customer service on all inbound phone calls, email requests, voicemails, and chats for exclusive corporate gifting and luxury retail orders.
• Process detailed transactions, customer orders, order statuses, tracking requests, and refunds using integrated platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and IVR systems.
• Resolve guest inquiries and order-related issues with utmost empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Participate in seasonal shifts, maintaining focus on driving high-end customer satisfaction

Headquartered onsite in Henderson, NV, our client is a premier, high-end confectionary and luxury snacking brand dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and white-glove customer experiences. Operating a specialized call center environment, the team prides itself on offering personalized, concierge-level support rather than traditional high-volume call processing. Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact: What You'll Do

• Deliver white-glove, concierge-style customer service on all inbound phone calls, email requests, voicemails, and chats for exclusive corporate gifting and luxury retail orders.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Prior customer service, sales, or administrative experience within Luxury Goods, High-End Retail, E-Commerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)


• Reliable personal transportation for daily onsite attendance in Henderson, NV
