Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary interface between customers and the company. You will actively manage customer orders and coordinate with intercompany departments to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
