Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is searching for a Customer Care Representative in Paso Robles, CA. You will be the main link between customers and the company, handling orders and coordinating with internal departments to resolve inquiries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience, with plumbing experience preferred and excellent communication skills. This is an onsite, full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay.

• Actively manage customer orders
• Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments
• Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems
• Assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use

• Bachelors Degree or 2 years of related experience
• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Must be able to be onsite in Paso Robles, CA office, 5 days a week

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
