Job summary

U-Haul in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team. You will be the face of U-Haul’s service, helping customers with rentals, equipment checks and guidance throughout their journey.

You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, assist with moving and hooking up trucks, inspect equipment, and answer questions to ensure a smooth customer experience. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
