Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio to be the face of our trusted service. You will assist customers with rentals and equipment, using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and dispatch, and help ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with on-site work and opportunities to learn through on-the-job education.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or willingness to help customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment
