Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, seeks a Customer Care Projects and Operations Coordinator to streamline project-based quotes, fulfillment processes, and cross-functional coordination among Sales, Customer Care, and Supply Chain teams. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis and service excellence.

You will drive process improvements, manage multiple priorities, and support the global mission with a customer-first mindset. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of customer care operations, order management, fulfillment processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel overnight on an infrequent basis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized intake for project-based quotes and ensure submissions are complete.
• Perform lead time and risk analysis using AI technology.
• Maintain a centralized quote log to track submission status and progress.
• Communicate quote changes and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project information is transferred to the Project Coordinator team.
• Follow up with Sales to monitor schedule changes and dates.
• Identify opportunities to reallocate orders to optimize fulfillment.
• Review non-allocatable order lines and drive resolution with internal teams.
• Provide feedback on Customer Care procedures and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to customer requests using established procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other departments to deliver service excellence.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
