Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Customer Care Account Representative/Senior to respond to inquiries, process quotes and orders, and build strong customer relationships from its Easton, PA operations.

The Senior role will act as a subject matter expert, coordinate delivery requirements, and mentor junior staff while driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense is required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process quotes and orders accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer requests and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
