Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Customer Care-focused Special Product Coordinator to join its Engineered Products team in the United States.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Engineered Products and internal and external customers, managing quotations, project requirements, product delivery, and service activities while supporting customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or three years of equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Two years minimum Victaulic product knowledge and prior customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Engineered Products and customers; manage quotations and project requirements.
• Prepare and issue quotations for standard and special products.
• Review inquiries, specs, and engineering evaluations for completeness and accuracy.
• Procure vendor data, lead times, and perform cost/margin analyses.
• Support project delivery with documentation and timely product delivery.
