Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Madison, WI to respond to inquiries by phone and email, process orders, and resolve issues within department standards. You will collaborate with logistics, regulatory affairs, and sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue support.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and strong English communication. Expect on-site work with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Experience serving international customers preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails to place orders, check status, provide product information, and pricing.
• Monitor emails and help meet department goals while delivering excellent service.
• Process orders and complaints in Oracle ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain and sales to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and participate in KPI meetings.
• Handle RMAs and resolve technical issues by phone.
• Suggest products to close sales and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
