Job summary

Kärcher in Aurora, CO seeks a proactive Customer Service Associate to answer calls and emails, process orders, verify pricing, track shipments, and resolve issues using SAP and our ERP system. You will maintain accurate customer data in OneView and assist distribution partners with the eCommerce portal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, a High School diploma or GED, and MS Office proficiency. SAP experience is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding orders, status, pricing, tracking, changes, cancellations and returns.
• Resolve customer issues following defined procedures to ensure effective outcomes.
• Perform order management in the SAP ERP system.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers during interactions.
• Assist distribution partners with eCommerce portal usage and access.
