Job summary

Class Produce Group is seeking a Customer Care Associate to support sales efforts by initiating and processing customer orders and driving sales through direct customer contact. The role collaborates with warehouse, operations and purchasing to ensure availability and smooth workflows.

Strong data-entry and MS Office skills are required, with preference for experience in produce industry. Office-based in Maryland.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Produce experience is preferred.
• Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years Data Entry Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every call.
• Keying orders into the system, printing and editing orders.
• Interface with warehouse, operations, and sales personnel.
• Run and update inventory and pricing reports.
• Assist sales staff with their daily workload and cover when they are out of the office or on sales calls.
• Assist other departments to ensure the smooth workflow throughout the company.
