Job summary

Stance Health Solutions, uniting SG Homecare and Western Drug, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to support referral sources and customers. You will manage a high volume of orders and calls with accuracy and empathy, scheduling and documenting to ensure timely completion.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in customer service, plus healthcare or call center experience; evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• At least one year in a call center or medical/healthcare setting.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic communication.
• Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders via fax, email, or other platforms from referrals and customers.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from referral sources and customers.
• Verify insurance eligibility and provide cost information.
• Complete member intake and schedule orders per QA standards.
• Document accounts with accurate notes and follow up on open tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of home care products and applicable insurance guidelines.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies; respond to emergencies as needed.
