Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems with accurate product, pricing, and shipping information.
• Process customer purchase orders through CRM and ERP systems with accurate data entry and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer profiles and documentation to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate RMAs, communicate return instructions, and process requests.
