Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Customer Care Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will manage inquiries, process orders and returns, keep accurate records, and resolve issues while adhering to quality and regulatory standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions, support service levels, and continuously improve processes using LEAN principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems, providing accurate information on product specs, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and shipping status.
• Process customer purchase orders through CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accurate data entry and timely fulfillment.
• Manage customer profiles and documentation to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate RMAs, communicate return instructions, and process related requests.
• Research and resolve order, invoice, pricing, shipping, and credit discrepancies, including processing credits and rebills.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and proactive follow-up.
• Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Purchasing, and Inventory Management to address customer needs and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience using LEAN principles.
