You will process applications, verify information, and assist customers with loan decisions, while ensuring compliance and striving to meet monthly goals. Accurate record-keeping and professional service are required in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
Cash handling, computer skills and customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
Process payments and record information; verify and complete loan documentation.
Approve loans up to lending limits and prepare closings.
Market branch products and services to customers.
Maintain records, balance cash drawers and complete branch closing tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
