Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure needs are met while working across departments as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and assisting at checkout. The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic math, bilingual abilities, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with potential for bilingual opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, or output
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Preferred: bilingual skills and trade-related certifications (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing)

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
