Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will assist, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the day.

Responsibilities include answering questions, stocking, processing orders, and collaborating across departments to maintain high service levels. This role varies by department and location.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
