Job summary

Pneu-Dart, Inc is seeking a Customer Care Provider to join our team, becoming a key connection between customers and our company. You’ll learn our products, build relationships, and deliver knowledgeable, responsive support from start to finish.

This on-site role at our Barbours, PA facility offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional travel to trade shows and events to represent the brand. You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in customer service, call center operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills

Responsibilities

• Handle front-line telephone queues with product and campaign knowledge.
• Maintain client accounts in the Order Management System (OMS).
• Ensure accurate data entry and clear documentation.
• Respond to emails within 24 hours; strive for one-call resolutions.
• Process online orders and educate clients about products.
• Adhere to procedures and assist with daily closings and statements.
• Travel periodically to represent the company at events.
