Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Customer Service – Call Center Coordinator to join our centralized team in Hawaii. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and document needed maintenance for customers across our dealerships.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Training and a full-time schedule (Mon-Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm) are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm.
• Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule between Monday through Saturday. Work hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up phone calls in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and follow-up with customers regarding email and online appointment requests.
• Accurately identify and document appropriate service and maintenance needed.
• Coordinate shuttle or loaner service, as requested.
• Effectively resolves customer issues or concerns.
• Ensures regular communication with customers to include reminder calls, status updates on vehicle service, scheduling follow-up appointments, etc.
