Job summary

Shugarman’s Bath is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Care Support to join our team in San Diego, CA. You will handle calls, texts, and emails, keep customer information accurate, and collaborate with the Care Coordinator to provide timely, professional responses.

You’ll support the team behind the scenes, celebrate great customer experiences, and help ensure an exceptional service level in a fast-paced remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).

Responsibilities

• Review data entry and customer information for accuracy and updates.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to texts and emails with friendly, professional service.
• Understand customer needs and connect them with the appropriate team.
• Follow up on requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Share important customer updates with other departments and assist with team needs.
• Post customer reviews and keep the Production Team updated on review contests.
• Assist with general Customer Care tasks to create a positive customer experience.
