Shugarman’s Bath is seeking a Customer Care Support team member to help keep customer communication organized and ensure timely, professional responses. You will assist with calls, texts, and emails, and coordinate with the Customer Care Coordinator to direct requests to the right department.

Position: Customer Care Support

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Care Support team member who is friendly, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is more than answering phones—you’ll play an important role in supporting our Customer Care team and helping keep communication and requests organized.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Care Coordinator to help keep customer communication organized and make sure requests are handled smoothly. You’ll communicate with customers by phone, text, and email, answer general questions, help direct requests to the right department, and help ensure customers receive timely and professional responses.

You’ll also support the team behind the scenes by keeping information accurate, assisting with customer follow-ups, sharing important updates with other departments, and helping us celebrate great customer experiences.

Reports to: Customer Care Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Keep It Accurate: Review data entry and customer information to make sure everything is accurate and up to date.
• Connect with Customers: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer texts and emails with friendly, professional service.
• Be a Problem Solver: Answer general questions, understand customer needs, and connect them with the right team or department.
• Keep Things Moving: Follow up on customer requests and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support the Team: Share important customer updates with the appropriate departments and jump in where help is needed.
• Celebrate Our Customers: Post customer reviews and keep the Production Team updated on our review contest.
• Be a Team Player: Assist with general Customer Care tasks and help create a positive experience for both our customers and our team.

What We Offer:

• $20– 26/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, starting at 8am
• Weekends off
• Up to 80 hours of vacation accrued per year
• 40 hours of paid sick time per year
• 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
