Qualifications

• 2 years in a customer support or call center role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to prospective and current residents by phone and email.
• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Progress Residential's products and services.
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
