Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. in Tempe seeks a Customer Care Associate (In Training) to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents. Class starts October 20th; after a 60-day training period you move to Customer Care Associate I (Tier 1).

This is an onsite role with initial limitations on PTO and required assessments. You will use your communication and critical thinking to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed, while documenting interactions for timely

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong phone and email etiquette with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to prospective and current residents via phone and email.
• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Progress Residential's products and services.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams.
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
