Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective residents and provide information about property availability.
• Strive for one-call resolution and transfer to the Home Finding Consultant when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and inquiries.
• Guide prospective residents to self-showings and the online rental application portal.
