Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules.
