AXS is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX and Scottsdale, AZ. You will answer phones, respond to inquiries, address invoice questions, and handle customer complaints with professionalism.

You will project a positive company image through every phone interaction. Essential duties include managing high-volume calls, using backend systems and tools, and following established scripts to ensure a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• New hire training completion.
• Passing final grade.
• Two years plus experience in a customer support role.
• Track record of exceeding performance metrics.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM, Workforce systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of multi-line inbound calls with adherence targets and scripted guidance.
• Use back-office tools and processes to resolve inquiries, process transfers, refunds and exchanges.
