Job description

Are you someone who thrives on solving problems and making people smile? Then you might be the Customer Care Agent we're looking for. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—guiding them, supporting them, and turning everyday interactions into exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Agent:

  • Be the friendly and professional voice (or message) customers hear when they need help.

  • As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll listen to customer concerns and deliver timely, thoughtful solutions.

  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, or chat with empathy and accuracy.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

  • Work closely with other Customer Care Agents and team leads to ensure a smooth service experience.

  • Identify patterns and share insights that help improve the customer journey.

What You Bring to the Table as a Customer Care Agent:

  • A natural ability to connect with people and remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—a must for any great Customer Care Agent.

  • A knack for problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfort with digital tools such as email, CRM systems, and chat platforms (training provided).

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a Customer Care Agent is a plus but not required.

  • Flexibility with scheduling, including the potential for evenings or weekends.
