GENERAL FUNCTION: This person will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding their solar and home improvement loans. The role requires professionalism and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.
Responsible and accountable for risk management by communicating openly, raising concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always act in the best interest of customers and colleagues to ensure a positive experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite, and identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks.
