Your typical day:

As a representative of the brand, you will be the face of the company to consumers. Whether handling complaints, providing helpful information, or engaging on social media, Consumer Care specialists aim to make life easier for consumers, acting as trusted friends.

You will use active listening and conversational skills to understand consumer issues efficiently. Special attention will be given to sensitive contacts and cases. Develop expertise in our product portfolio and understand consumer expectations for each product and category. We encourage proactive participation to improve our support services.

Requirements:
