We are currently seeking a Customer Care Agent for the Dutch Desk.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Managing customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests,
• Processing customer orders over the phone, providing purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling,
• Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays,
• Communicating essential customer messages to key departments.

Needed experience & skills:

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and fluency in English (B2 level) are required,
• At least 1 year of support experience,
• Excellent communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and promptly,
• Ability to work independently and within different teams,
• Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
