Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking candidates for immediate client support roles with a local non-profit. The position offers hourly pay and a chance to make a difference in the community.

You will answer incoming client calls, schedule appointments, document interactions, and refer customers to a caseworker as needed. Some Saturdays may be required during peak season, with bilingual Spanish as a plus.

Schedule:

Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 8:30 - 5:0\u00b0 and Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30am - 6:00pm. Hours will increase in October through March, and candidates need to have flexibility to work until 6pm and some Saturdays during peak season.

Pay:

$22/hr. (+$1/hr for bilingual associates)
