Job summary

Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice supporting families and providers in our community. This telecommute role offers a full-time schedule—Mon-Fri, with a designated office in Palm Springs, FL—and a pay rate up to $18.62 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual English/Creole, have at least 6 months of call center experience, and demonstrate strong communication and data-entry

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Creole required (read, write, speak).
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.

Responsibilities
